As a Smart Resolution customer, you are covered by our 100% unconditional guarantee - the best in the printing industry!

If you are not completely satisfied with any product for any reason, we will either replace your order, provide you with a discount or refund your purchase price.

Custom Labels
Full Color Products

Products not covered by our guarantee will still be replaced or refunded but only if Smart Resolution is at fault. Orders over $1500 are also excluded from the guarantee. As a result, these orders willl require proofs to be emailed and carefully reviewed before their approval. Return shipping is not refunded under our guarantee.

When a full refund is requested, shipping charges are only refunded if Smart Resolution is unable to replace the product ordered, or if the product is fully functional and a courtesy discount could be applied.
